We have certainly had a huge week. We are still buzzing.
The wedding on Sunday was amazing. All preparations went well and although there wasn’t any sunshine the rain held off at all the important times.
The bridal party looked great, and if we do say so ourselves, we looked great too. The ceremony was beautiful, very spiritual. Although cousin Frances stole our thunder by passing out in the church!!!! Just joking about steeling the thunder, she is all ok now, thank God.
We had our location shoot at a lovely park in Doonside. There was a great waterfall and board walk. Can’t wait to see the results.
The reception was amazing. We had a grand entrance, the food was great, and we danced all night. What can I say; it was the most perfect day any bride could ask for.
We are now on our honeymoon adventure. After a long flight to London, we have settled in and seen the sights. We have jam packed everything into the few days that we’ve been here. We’ve visited Big Ben and Parliament House, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace where we saw the changing of the guards. Very spectacular I must say. We have been excessively using the underground, lucky for those weekly tickets.
We partied with lots of celebs at Madame Tussads, even the dead ones. We’ve visited Ripley’s Believe it or Not, just to satisfy Maroun’s nerdy instincts. We’ve discovered all that’s in the British Museum. Seen so many other sites like Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Kensington {Palace. Tomorrow we are off to Stonehenge, Oxford and Windsor, just to experience a little English country side.
Off to the London Eye and heaps more Englishy things to do!!!!
Ohh what a night… thanks to everyone who made it. We both had an unforgettable night, the music was great, the food was awesome and the company of family and friends was unforgettable.

13 days til we get on the plane to London. Right, things to do!!! International drivers licence (check), backpacks (check), sunscrean (check), enough undies to last the trip (check), passports & visa’s (check), husband (oops not yet 11 days to go!).
